Returns and refunds

Returns or exchanges will be accepted for 30 days after purchase date. Refunds may be granted only for items that are deemed defective only within 30 days of purchase. After submitting your refund request along with reason for return, the products will be examined for defective parts. If item is deemed defective and unusable in it's condition, you may receive a replacement, repaired item, exchange, store credit, or refund. If product is damaged, you are welcome to contact The Damascus Hand for assistance in repairing the item, however a refund will not be granted for misuse or damage caused to products after 30 days. If you wish to submit a return request form please click HERE. Your personal information is never saved, shared, or seen by anyone other than you when you purchase from our website. We use your email and address to verify orders. Personal information such as credit card information, phone number, or address will not be stored in our system. If you need to return your order within 30 days, you will receive your money back for the product(s) only. We do not reimburse shipping or delivery fees.
